Saint Jean Baptiste Day

Really, an event with no restrictions? YES! Back on Friday, June 24, at Heritage Park Museum in Terrace, we celebrated Saint-Jean Baptiste Day. It was the first hot day of summer, plus, Caledonia’s graduation was the same day; that said, more than 120 people participated. Marc-Olivier Chouinard performed live, there was various activities for the kids, and yes … finally, the return of the poutine-eating contest! Philip Khatil won the contest, and the poutine (and all food for the event) was prepared by Chef Global Fusion. Thank you to le Patrimoine Canadien, B.C. Gaming, Heritage Park Museum, and all of our partners … we love you!
